Sabrina developed her sophisticated, business-oriented legal judgment through her work at Freshfields in Rome, Milan, Paris, and Moscow. Francesco Cerotto, CILC's co-founder, specializes in sports law and acts before international bodies and arbitration tribunals. 



Over the past 10 years, Francesco has focused primarily on his greatest passion: sports law. He lectures on sports law at the University of Perugia, Udine, Milan, and Bologna. As a specialist in the field, he represents a diverse range of clients and provides strategic guidance to clients in both national and international contexts, working closely with executives.

Ludovico’s practice includes negotiating and drafting complex contracts, stock purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and joint-venture agreements. He assists in cross-border corporate transactions involving acquisitions, finance, private offerings of securities, restructuring, and governance in various industries, including the energy and infrastructure, banking, and wholesale distribution sectors.
