Mario Cistaro, Ph.D., founded CILC and brings multi-jurisdictional experience in antitrust and competition law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. He served in the Antitrust Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General and at the European Commission in Brussels, and practiced at multinational law firms in the U.S. and EU, including Freshfields and Hogan Lovells. With more than a decade of experience spanning U.S. and European jurisdictions — and academic training at New York University School of Law, Queen Mary University of London, and Cornell University — Mario is the primary point of contact and the architect of legal strategy in CILC's high-profile matters.
