Mario worked at the New York Office of the Attorney General, the European Commission, and major international law firms in the U.S. and EU.  With over a decade of international experience spanning U.S. and European jurisdictions, Mario is the primary point of contact and architect of legal theory in high-profile cases.

Sabrina Duiella  is CILC's co-founder.  Sabrina is a litigator and IP lawyer.  Sabrina worked at Freshfields in Rome, Milan, Paris, and Moscow. Her in-house counsel experience at the Italian Stock Exchange  provides her with a deep understanding of corporate priorities, enabling her to anticipate client needs and deliver actionable, results-oriented advice.

Francesco Cerotto, CILC's co-founder, specializes in sports law and acts before international bodies and arbitration tribunals. Over the past 10 years, Francesco has focused primarily on his greatest passion: sports law. He lectures on sports law at the University of Perugia, Udine, Milan, and Bologna. As a specialist in the field, he represents a diverse range of clients and provides strategic guidance to clients in both national and international contexts, working closely with executives.
