Mario successfully defended clients against monopolization claims and investigations concerning software licensing practices. He also acted in connection with the review of global transactions before the FTC, DoJ, and the European Commission. Among his most relevant experiences are the acquisition of SAB Miller by AB InBev, the attempted merger between The London Stock Exchange and Deutsche Börse, the recent acquisitions of The Binding Site by Thermo Fisher Scientific, and VMware by Broadcom.
